Okay, so what if this is old news, its new to me so :this is me sticking my tongue out:
The Jeep (14' JKU) got a 128
And the DSM got an 81
For good measure I also did my old S197 (no longer mine) and it got a 127
The meter doesn't Jalop 2-wheels-good, but w/e.
Where does your ride(s) fall?

RSTi got 106
BRZ got 91

BRZ got an 85 and my old GTI got a 75. Disappointing.

My Jetta scored shockingly low for something that is manual and diesel, it actually came close to having a negative score... I guess driving a Jetta is just that shameful, regardless of drivetrain.
My old FJ55 Land Cruiser basically broke the meter though, thanks to a very healthy amount of bondo. It kills me that I let that one go.

My CLK got 170.

Mine is very low, like 35, and it's a shame.
Compact hatchback with a turbo and a 6 speed manual should be higher, even if it's FWD.

how did your 80 do?
![]() 11/07/2013 at 14:00 |

125 points. Suicide doors helped.

Did my old F-150 too and all the bondo gave it a huge increase.

I drove the scout today though! Its currently leaking oil between a 997 turbo S (driven by a numb handed old moron) and a Cayenne D:

No. Comment.
Of course the fact that had I the means to purchase the only manual diesel convertible available for sale, I would still have a car that scored between -70 and -100, shows more than a little bias.
(My Beetle is -70).

Here we go..
The 1996 Mazda MX-6 I'm interested in got a 59.
My dad's 2006 BMW 330xi got a 65
My mother's 2007 Odyssey got -312 - not surprising (probably would have gotten worse I could put all cupholders in, as it has 17)...
The 2004 Jetta TDI Sport Edition got 20 - suprisingly enough..

Ford Sonic Abarth.
On a side note, every time someone mentions Ford now, I subconsciously replace 'Ford' with 'Anal' so...*hehehe* anal Fiesta

I found her by the side of the road parked outside a barn. My very sweet husband turned around went back so I could buy her.

Sweet! Do a 5 on the floor setup. Saw it in a video on Youtube and it looked fantastic. Your choice though, Obviously.

5? Noo, I'm doing a 6spd swap. if I get handy and find a CnC shop I'd like to build a gated manual shifter for it also
![]() 11/07/2013 at 15:43 |
|
That'll be awesome!
![]() 11/07/2013 at 15:44 |

the 6spd has a double overdrive, so instead of a .70 like I have now, 6th gear will be .63, I should be turning like 1900-2000rpms @ 80mph with my 4.10 gears
![]() 11/07/2013 at 15:45 |
|
Yay for saving on gas.
![]() 11/07/2013 at 15:46 |

The 'stang has 4 gears and 4 is really overdrive. It basically has 3 gears. It gets about 20mpg I think.
![]() 11/07/2013 at 15:49 |
|
Your dads fox body has an AOD which is like the great great grandfather to what I have, the 4R75W. I'm in the same boat, 3spd wide ratio auto w/ overdrive being 4th.
The best I ever pulled with the factory 3.55's was 26mpg highway, with the 4.10's it was 22, now with the blower it was 18.... My worst to date is 11!
![]() 11/07/2013 at 15:53 |

I don't think 11 is THAT bad. I mean my Dad has looked at and most likely bought cars that have a gas guzzlers tax. He hasn't bought a car new ever though, so that might've been sticker price.
![]() 11/07/2013 at 15:55 |
|
my 96 bronco which has a E40D 4spd auto (same shit just bigger), 35" tires, 4" lift and 3.55 rear gears all with a 5.8L V8
gets 12.5 mixed
11 in comparison, is 'that bad' lol

Wow, that sounds pretty good (bronco). I love broncos too. You have an awesome garage!
